Recommendations and General Conditions
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department issued a letter on June 9, 2003 directing
• more sampling events and a mass volume calculation for contaminated soil. That requirement has
been met and the property owner should be relieved of any further water sample analysis.
No further Action Required is Requested.
It is the opinion of this author that this diesel spill is not a danger to the groundwater. Your office
is requested to issue a letter of No further Action Required" on this UST site investigation. Any
additional money spent on this particular investigation would be wasteful,and would be better spent
on the general reclamation of the property. Any future monies spent on this property should be
directed toward the goal of making this property a productive element of the Lodi community.
Please contact Ervin Rifenburg of this office(2091368-9381) if any questions arise concerning this
report.
Respectfully sub oQp, FEsso
Foot gin ring
tfFr,G ,
ac No 1875 !
Ervin Rife u {
Enclosures: GAS '
1.
