i <br /> • If conversion to wells is necessary then three additional days <br /> ' should be allowed for each day in which a well is grouted. Sample <br /> analysis will take 14 days after the last sample is taken for <br /> completion. The entire proposal should take no more than thirty <br /> days from beginning to end . <br /> ' PHASE IV REPORTING <br /> ' A report containing the results of historic , geologic , <br /> hydrologic , chemical analysis and quality control and well <br /> development will be submitted to the client and to the County. <br /> This will include the consultants suggestions for further action <br /> ' toward remediation, if warranted , and well monitoring if <br /> necessary . <br /> ' HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> A. Material on site consist of diesels fuel and it 's <br /> ' components. (See table) <br /> B. Florescent streamers will be attached to poles 10 feet above <br /> ' site elevation on adjacent fence to indicate wind direction. <br /> C. All hazardous materials will be in highly diluted <br /> concentrations sorbed to soils and in gas phase. The NIOSH <br /> Guide to Chemical Hazards will be kept on site as a guide to <br /> the listed compounds for TWA, IDLH and LEL levels. Any free <br /> product which might be found at the water table will be <br /> t evaluated as outlined in the LOFT Manual . On site monitoring <br /> with explosimeter will be implemented when Organic Vapor <br /> Analyzer total exceeds 1000 ppm in any confined area . <br /> D. Site compounds known to cause cancer or reproductive <br /> ' abnormalities are highlighted on the list . <br /> E. Overhead utility service exists just outside the area of the <br /> work site. The power line will not conflict with the propose <br /> boring areas. U.S.A. Digs will mark any and all underground <br /> ' services. A natural gas and water line runs adjacent to the <br /> existing tank pit at the fence line. This area will be <br /> avoided . <br /> F. A Century 129-GC Organic Vapor Analyzer will be on site <br /> and will be calibrated 3 times daily to zero area and 95 ppm <br /> methane gas. <br /> ' G. Not applicable. <br /> ' H. Level 4 OSHA protection will be worn at the site. <br /> I <br /> i <br /> 6 <br /> T & T EARTH SERVICES <br />
