CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-94-58 <br /> Delta Island, et al <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed <br /> by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyor's Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact Staff: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> NOTE: On November 17, 1994, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> LA-94-58 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br />
