CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-94-13 <br /> Donald Greene Trust <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be compiled with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Destroy or properly seal and abandoned wells under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> b. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waster material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-2400. <br /> C. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). Add <br /> an additional 40-foot leach line and a 36-foot seepage pit to the wash house septic <br /> system. <br /> NOTE: On March 23, 1994, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved LA- <br /> 94-13 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br />
