UP-91-14 <br /> HMONG ALLIANCE CHURCH (C/O DELTA BUILDING SYSTEMS) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Development Services Division intends to recommend approval of <br /> Application No. UP-91-14 , subject to the following conditions. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Landscaping: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide planting strip is required <br /> along the frontage of Clark Drive, from the west <br /> edge of the driveway to the west property line. <br /> This strip shall contain one tree for each 30 feet <br /> of frontage. <br /> (2) Required trees shall be the existing trees <br /> presently on the site or trees selected from the <br /> County' s Approved Tree List. <br />
