DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEMORANDUM <br /> UP-91-14 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> f. All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The construction of on-site improvements shall conform to <br /> the approved Improvement Plan. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> g. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> h. All plant material within a fifteen-foot (151 ) triangle <br /> at the intersection of driveways and streets shall be no <br /> more than three (3) feet in height above curb level, <br /> except for trees which are trimmed so that no branches <br /> extend lower than six (6) feet above the curb level. <br /> SSS/KA <br /> UP9114DC <br />
