The second unit dwelling shall conform with all <br /> the requirements of the Local Health District and the County <br /> that are applicable to residential units in the zone in which <br /> the property is located; <br /> (h) Requirements for Mobilehomes. If the second unit dwelling is <br /> a mobilehome, the following additional requirements shall <br /> apply: <br /> (1) Additions. No permanent room additions shall be allowed, <br /> but patio covers constructed of the same materials as the <br /> mobilehome shall be permitted; <br /> (2) Skirting. Skirting constructed of the same materials as <br /> the mobilehome shall be installed; <br /> (3) Time Limit. The Second Unit Dwelling Permit shall be <br /> effective for not more than three (3) years. Applications <br /> for renewal shall follow the same procedures, be subject <br /> to the same requirements, and pay the same fees as a new <br /> application for a Second Unit Dwelling Permit; <br /> (4) Construction Standards. The mobilehome shall be <br /> constructed to meet the minimum standards of the National <br /> Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Act of 1974 . <br /> Note: The additional address for the second unit dwelling is <br /> 28981 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95376. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC WORKS <br /> (a) A driveway encroachment permit is required. Currently this <br /> permit costs $90. 00 and requires that an applicant fill out the <br /> appropriate form. The process takes approximately 2 weeks from <br /> the time that the application is accepted to the actual <br /> issuance of the permit. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> (a) Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development.
