Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) 2 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $222 . 23 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Office" with a credit for existing office being replaced. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent.
