Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 1862 , Section 5-4207) . <br /> 4 . Refuse, gargage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400 <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on permanent <br /> foundation or 15% at the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a <br /> temporary foundation. (The fee currently is $2 , 235. 00per <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Linden area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee may be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of the building permit application for mobilehome on <br /> permanent foundation. (The fee currently is $1, 142 . 76 per <br /> single family dwelling unit. If there is no building permit <br /> required or mobilehome on temporary foundation, the fee will be <br /> exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 <br /> of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 <br /> percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing <br /> and administering the program.
