Hwy 99 Frontage Rd ROM 538 <br /> Lodi, CA. 95240 CUF#: 015089 <br /> WORKPLAN: "Final Work Plan for Additional <br /> Subsurface Investigation" <br /> DATED: March 19, 2003 <br /> PREPARED BY: Brown & Caldwell —Tina Bauer, RG. <br /> STATUS: APPROVED with conditions noted below. <br /> ADEQUATE AND NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE WORKPLAN (Health & <br /> Safety Code (H&S) Section 25299_37(c)(3)1: <br /> • Advance seven (7) CPTs onsite to —130 feet below grade for lateral <br /> and vertical groundwater MtBE and gasoline plume investigation <br /> and, <br /> • Collect soil samples from CPT-1 and Hydropunch groundwater <br /> samples from all CPTs at depths identified by CPT data and <br /> • Analyze some soil samples (possibly) and all groundwater samples <br /> for TPH as gasoline (8015m), BTEX (8020), and Oxygenates (8260B), <br /> to include 1,2-DCA, EDB, and MtBE and, <br /> • Additionally analyze a groundwater sample from former diesel UST <br /> area for TPH as diesel (8015m) and, <br /> • Submit well permit application and fee upon approval of work plan <br /> and submit report of findings to EHD upon end of field activities. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> • TPH as diesel detected in groundwater may need further delineation <br /> or investigation and, <br /> • The northeast quadrant from MWA is not investigated and the lateral <br /> extent of the MtBE in the groundwater is not defined. Relocation or <br /> an additional CPT may be needed in this area to confirm lateral <br /> extent of plume. <br />
