T & T:Trucking page 5
11396 Hwy 99 Frontage N, Lodi
Your consultant can provide the professional services and evaluation needed for r
the pumping test and provide EHD with the data and conclusions of the process.
Prior to entering into final remediation, UST regulations require sites to be fully
characterized. Although you must take immediate steps to abate the conditions
that have placed your site in this high; priority status, by not having delineated the
latera! and vertical extents of the soil and groundwater plume, your site cannot be
considered fully characterized. Therefore 'a final corrective action work plan
wouldnot be appropriate at this time; but corrective action taken to minimize the
threat posed by impacted groundwater to the receptors can be approved as an `
`interim' corrective action. r
You are hereby directed to submit a workplan to collect the necessary data
to complete the lateral and vertical delineation of the impacted soil and
groundwater and to complete the site characterization. The work plan is
due at EHD before February 21, 2003.
EHD thanks you for your cooperation and your willingness to continue this
investigation. Do not hesitate to contact Mr. Infuma or Mr. Henderson if you
have any questions or wish to discuss the site. You may call Mr. lnfurna at (209)
468-3454 or email him at minfurna(a-). iceho.com. Mr. Henderson can be
contacted at (209) 468-3436.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Michael J. Infurn Jr., S nior REHS Nuel C.
