The USP was approved for removal by PHS/El-M and the lod fire <br /> 1 dep enc <br /> The UST cavity is locared an the south side of the workshop building,which i=the mala <br /> pack thoroughfue at this site(Figure I)- Under the direction of PHS/EHD two soil <br /> samples were collected from the bottom the cavity,one on each end of the UST(WI-16, <br /> + O E1-16)- These two soil samples were collected approximately three feet deeper than the <br /> eaeay. 1 a bottom at a depth of approximately 16 feet below ground surface(bgs).
