On behalf of Mr. Terry Tarditi, we feel that it is only equitable that he be reimbursed <br /> by the UST Fund for the cost of preparing the transducer study report submitted to you and <br /> the time spent discussing the results with'the PHS I EHD based on the actuality that: 1) the <br /> transducer study report was prepared solely per your request,°,and 2) you stated the March'3, <br /> 1998 workplan would not be approved without lsuch report.
