On behalf of our client T&T!Trucking, Inc., this letter respectfully requests pre- <br /> approval of the enclosed workplan.for work at the subject site. Also enclosed is a copy of the <br /> faxed approval,of-the workplan from PHS-EHD;and a copy of the March 4, 1998 Workplan <br /> for Installation of Groundwater Monitoring Wells. Mr. Ron Rowe (PHS-EHD) has indicated <br /> a^turnaround time for workplan approvals froni your off ce of approximately one to two <br /> weeks.
