The well permit application sparked your request for the RAP -which I was <br /> reviewing/editing. <br /> So, I'm responsible for being out of sync because.I was not available for several"weeks to review and <br /> finalize the draft RAP. We sent it as a draft version just in case you needed some revisions but we can <br /> easily finalize it. The RAP'is'a compliation of all the investigations, the pilot test, and the approved <br /> remediation approach.
