Mr Terry Tarditi April 17, 2001 •, Page 2 I Groundwater Sample Requirements: BC's Workplan for Quarterly Sampling of Monitoring Wells describes that all wells will be sampled and water levels measured quarterly (January, April,July and October) A report summarizing these activities is due to PHS/EHD the month following the end of the previous quarter (April,July, October, and January) Samples are required to be analyzed for the following constituents total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G), by EPA method 8015 Modified, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene (BTEX), and oxygenates by EPA method 8260B Groundwater Disposal: Purge water from this sampling event was placed into drums and disposed of properly by T&T Trucking, Inc Quarterly Results Summary: .
