2701 Prospect Park Drive <br /> Suite 100 <br /> Rancho Cordova CA 95670 6025 <br /> Tel (916)aaa 0123 <br /> Fax (916)635-8805 <br /> a Ar <br /> March 14, 2001 <br /> Mr Terry Tarditi <br /> T & T Trucking, Incorporated <br /> 1 W N A N D 11396 North Highway 99 <br /> Lodi, California 95240 017-16271-001/1 <br /> Environmental Engineering&Consulting Subject Third Quarter 2000 Groundwater Monitoring Report, <br /> 11396 North Highway 99, Lodi, California <br /> Dear Mr Tarditi <br /> This letter report transmits results of a groundwater monitoring event for the <br /> referenced site A copy of this report is being submitted to the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> On November 22, 1999, T & T Trucking, Inc received pre-approval from the <br /> UST Cleanup Fund for four quarters of groundwater monitoring of the existing <br /> four wells This is the fourth event under the November 22, 1999 approval <br /> The next monitoring event is scheduled for October 2000 <br /> • Work Performed This Quarter (May -July 2000): <br /> I <br /> Brown and Caldwell (BC) measured water levels and collected groundwater <br /> samples for the third quarter 2000 on July 21, 2000 This is the fourth <br /> sampling event conducted at this site and follows BC's Workplan for <br /> Quarterly Sampling of Monitoring Wells This Workplan was approved by the <br /> PHS/EHD <br /> Status of Investigation and Cleanup Activities: <br /> Four groundwater monitoring wells have been installed at the site <br /> Groundwater contamination extends from the former source area (4,000-gallon <br /> UST)to beyond the most southerly well (MW-3) Two additional groundwater <br /> monitoring wells are recommended to further define the lateral extent of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons to the west and south of MW-3 The proposed <br /> locations are shown on Figure 3 <br /> Groundwater Sample Requirements: <br /> BC's Workplan forQuarterly Sampling of Monitoring Wells describes that all <br /> wells will be sampled and water levels measured quarterly {January, April,July <br /> and October) A report summanzin�these activities is due to PHS/EHD the <br /> month following the end of the previous quarter (February, May, August, and <br /> November) <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with the standards of the environmental consulting industry at the time it was <br /> prepared It should not be relied upon by parties other than those for whom it was prepared,and then only to the extent of <br /> the scope of work which was authorized.
