1 <br /> B R 0 W N A N D <br /> CALDWELLf� ` � ;, �? � <br /> April 10, 2000 <br /> Mr Terry Tarditi <br /> T&T Trucking, Incorporated <br /> 11396 North Highway 99 <br /> Lodi, California 95240 017-16271-001/1 <br /> Subject First Quarter 2000 Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> Dear Mr Tarditi <br /> This letter report transmits results of a groundwater monitoring event A copy of thus report is <br /> being submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> On November 22, 1999 T&T Trucking, Inc received pre-approval from the UST Cleanup Fund <br /> for four quarters of groundwater monitoring of the existing four wells The next monitoring event <br /> is scheduled for April 2000 <br /> Work Performed This Quarter(January-March,2000): <br /> Brown and Caldwell (BC) measured water levels and collected groundwater samples for the first <br /> quarter 2000 on January 26, 2000 This is the second sampling event conducted at this site and <br /> follows BC's Work Plan for Quarterly Sampling of Monitoring Wells This workplan was approved <br /> by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Department <br /> (PHS/EHD) <br /> Status of Investigation and Cleanup Activities <br /> Four groundwater monitoring wells have been installed at the site Groundwater contamination <br /> extends from the former source area (4,000-gallon UST) beyond the most southerly well (MW-3) <br /> Further definition of the lateral extent of groundwater contamination in this area is recoixunended <br /> Groundwater Sample Requirements <br /> BC's Work Plan for Quarterly Sampling of Monitoring Wells describes that all wells will be <br /> sampled and water levels measured quarterly Qanuary,April,July and October) A report <br /> summarizing these activities is due to PHS/EHD the month following the end of the previous <br /> This report maspnpared in accordance with the standards of the entironmental consulting industry at the time it stns prepared It should not be raked upon by parties <br /> other than those far whom it uazs prepared,and then only to the extent f the scope of work which war authortted This report doer notguamntee that no additional <br /> entnronmenial contamination beyond that derenbed in thu report evsts at the site <br /> 44/10/00P\16000\16271\Reports\kst00gtr doc <br /> Environmental Enganeeong And Consulting Analytical Services <br /> 9616 MICRON AVENUE SUITE 600, SACRAMENTO, CA 95827 2627 <br /> (916) 444 0123 FAX (916) 856 5277 <br />
