1 r � <br /> LEEWARD <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> consultants <br /> 1 <br /> PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION REPORT <br /> 1 11369 NORTH HIGHWAY 99 <br /> Lodi, Califorrua <br />' Project No 1001 <br /> August 28, 1997 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> 1 <br /> Purpose and Scone <br /> We have completed a preliminary soil and ground water investigation of the site located at <br />�a 11369 North Highway 99 in Lodi, California(Figure 1) Our firm has been retained by T &T <br /> Trucking to provide environmental consulting services for the site The purpose of this <br />' investigation was to evaluate the lateral and vertical extent of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil <br /> encountered during the March 29, 1995, removal of a 4,000-gallon gasoline underground <br /> storage tank (UST) Additionally, we performed testing of ground water beneath the site for <br />' the presence of petroleum hydrocarbons Our scope of work included drilling 11 soil borings <br /> to depths ranging from 18 to 78 feet, deepening and converting one of the borings to a 90-foot <br />' deep ground water monitoring well, and analyzing 36 soil and 3 ground water samples Our <br /> scope of work is based on our Soil Investigation Workplan dated November 9, 1995, which <br />' was reviewed and approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division on <br /> November 11, 1995 <br /> 1 <br /> Environmental Services <br /> 805 north Lincoln, Suite E <br /> Dixon, California 95620-2172 <br /> 1 Phone 916 678 4253 Fax 916 678 1988 <br />
