Mr Terry Tarditi
January 30, 2006
' Page 4
TPH-g. The only detection of TPH-g was in the sample from MW-4 at 54µg/L
All other TPH-g concentrations were detected below their respective reporting
limits
MtBE. MtBE concentrations were detected in samples from all four monitoring
wells In MW-1, MtBE concentrations decreased from 65,000 µg/L in the third
quarter 2005 to 59,000 n/L this quarter Trace MtBE concentrations were
detected in MW-2 at 0 63 µg/L MtBE concentrations decreased slightly from the
third quarter 2005 levels in MW-3 from 35 R/L to 32 pg/L,but increased in
MW-4 from 390 µg/L to 460 µg/L The concentrations of MtBE in all wells fall
within their respective historical ranges
Other Oxygenates. In addition to MtBE, other oxygenates were analyzed
[dusopropyl ether (RIPE), ethyl-ternary-butyl ether (EtBE), tert-amyl methyl ether
(TAME) and tent-butanol] Concentrations of DIPE and TAME were detected in
MW-1 at 28 and 37 n/L, respectively above their detection limit of 25 µg/L
DIPE concentrations were detected in MW-4 at 0 98 R/L These analytes have
been routinely detected in these two wells MW-3 and MW-2 had no other
oxygenates detected at detection limits of 0 5 tg/L As in previous reporting, Kiff
Analytical applied a "J" flag to the MW-1 and MW-4 tert-butanol detections due
to the low conversion of MtBE to tert-butanol during the analysis Kiff Analytical
considers this conversion effect to be mathematically significant in samples that
contain MtBE/tert-butanol in ratios of over 20 1
The following documents are enclosed with this letter
Table 1 Historical Groundwater Elevation Data
Table 2 Groundwater Flow Direction and Gradient
Table 3 Historical Groundwater Analytical Data
Figure 1 Site Map
' Figure 2 Groundwater Elevation Map,November 7,2005
Figure 3 Groundwater Constituent Map, November 7,2005
Figure 4 MtBE Isoconcentration Map,November 7,2005
' Attachment A Field Data Sheets
Attachment B Laboratory Analytical Reports
This rrpon ails propared to accorz4mer wh the standards of the enrrronmental m rutting industry at the ttme tt aru prepared It should not be
irked upon by panus other than thore for whom rt war prepared and then only to the extent of the scope of work which nus authm,-rd This
report does natguarantee that no addtttonal enrrmnmental contamination beyond that dermbed in this upon exsrts at the site
P\27000\127960 T&T Trucking GW Moritonng 2005\Reports\4th-05gtr doc
