Timothy Rhode, <br /> the owner of the property at 14$52 S . Hwy 99, Manteca, which is <br /> south of your site, contacted PHS/EHD in July 1994 . He is <br /> concerned that the water in the well that serves the tenants of his <br /> property may be contaminated. Since groundwater is flowing towards <br /> his property currently, PHS/EHD recommends that the well on Mr. <br /> Rhode' s property be sampled and the water analyzed for BTEX and <br /> TPH-gasoline .
