Recent ground-water sampling at these sites was not <br /> completed as expeditiously as I had anticipated. This �ill mean <br /> that I will not receive analytical results from the recent sampling <br /> event until the week of July 23, 1990. I believe that this will <br /> not allow me sufficient time to adequately complete the problem <br /> assessment reports prior to the July 31, 1990 date that we had <br /> agreed to previously.
