n r <br /> First Quarter 1997 Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> • Moore Petroleum, 14800 W Frontage Rd,Manteca,CA <br /> March 27, 1997 <br /> Page 3 <br /> well were analyzed for 1,2 Dichloroethane (DCE)by EPA Method 601 Groundwater samples <br /> collected from monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-4 and DM-2 were analyzed for TPH, as <br /> diesel, by EPA Method 8015 Modified The groundwater samples collected from MW-1 was <br /> analyzed for methyl-tert-butyl-ether(MTBE)by EPA Method 8020 <br /> On February 19, 1997, a split sample taken from the station's domestic well (DM-1)was also <br /> submitted, under cham-of-custody, to Sequoia Analytical of Sacramento, California, a state- <br /> certified analytical laboratory The split sample was analyzed for 1,2 Dichloroethane (DCE)by <br /> EPA Method 601 <br /> The results of this sampling event is summarized in Table 2 The most recent laboratory analytical <br /> reports and chain-of-custody forms are included in Appendix B <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Apex recommends one more quarter of groundwater monitoring at the subject site The <br /> groundwater samples from the nine monitoring wells(MW-1 through MW-9) and the two domestic <br /> wells(DM-1 and DM-2) will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons(TPH), as gasoline, <br /> • benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes(BTEX)by EPA Method 8020/8015 <br /> Groundwater samples collected from monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-5 and the two domestic <br /> wells will be analyzed for 1,2 Dichloroethane (DCE)by EPA Method 601 Groundwater samples <br /> collected from monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-4 and the two domestic wells will be analyzed <br /> for TPH, as diesel, by EPA Method 8015 Modified The groundwater sample collected from MW- <br /> 1 will be analyzed for methyl-tert-butyl-ether(MTBE)by EPA Method 8020 <br /> Following the next groundwater monitoring event, a closure request will be submitted to San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division following Appendix B of the Tn-Regional <br /> Guidelines <br />
