J,QCKGRUN l ILNEWIMAIMN The site;s localed at 14600 W.Frontage Road in Manteca,California(Figure 1),and is owned by Mr. Jerry Moore and his. Diane Moore. The site is located in a primarily commercial area of Manteca immediately adjacent to U.S.Highway 99 S. A small(4-S room)apartment house and a mobile home are located approximately 30 yards south of the site. Moore, Jetty and Diane Mone purchased the option lease far ilx site on Oclotter Il, 1983 from E3avid Webster who had been operating the location as a conventional gas station for an undetermined length of time. Jerry and Diane Moore purchased the property at this location from Norman and Claudine Ryd-ll in July 1966. The property is currently - teased to hit. Frank Guinta,Sr., who is operating the site as a convenience store and gas ststion. Immediately prior to the option !case purchase by Jerry and Diane Moore in October 1983 all underground storage tanks at the site had been removed and new tanks installed.
