Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 304 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain adequate aisle space for unobstructed response to emergencies. <br /> Ladders are stored in front of the 55 gallon container of used oil and 55 gallon used oil filters container in the <br /> equipment room. <br /> Adequate aisle space shall be maintained to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel,fire protection, spill <br /> control equipment, and decontamination equipment to all areas of facility operation in an emergency. <br /> Immediately maintain aisle space to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel,fire protection, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment to any area of facility operation in an emergency. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 402 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to store hazardous waste in a compatible container. <br /> Used oil filters are stored in a 55 gallon container that do not fit in it.
