COST The estimated cost for the above services hill be $11,839.00.A deposit of,S5,000.00 is required upon authorization; the balance will be due and payable upon receipt of laboratory analysis and report completion No additional work will be performed without prior authorization from the Client. 3.0. EXCLUSIONS lQ The followingitems are not included in this proposal: 1)Additional soil or water safnpling andlor atl*sis beyond scope of work; 2)Regulatory oversight fees;3)Additional regulatory or remedial � action requirements;4)Excavation of the septic system sampling ; )Repairs to septic system �} due to damage during excavation;6)Other costs not specifically state in a scope o wo C4,r 4.0. ASSUNJIPTIONS This proposal assumes the following: 1) Access to the site will be sc the 'art; 2) All �. activities at the site can be performed during normal working hours; 3) All costs incurred due to regulatory directives, afteT this proposal, shall be assutned by the Client; a) Client bas submitted Master pile Record and required regulatory fees to SJCEHD; 5) Water and electricity will be available at the site; 6) Proper cleaning of septic tank can be achieved through access covers: 7) Regulatory approval of the work plan. 5.0. SCHEDULE The work outlined in this proposai can be initiated upon receipt of authorization to proceed from the Client and payment of the deposit. A.work plan will be submitted to SJCEHD within 72 hours of authorization to proceed. 6.0. 1GIlVIITATIONS Should them be arty regulatory objections to the project of unanticipated regulatory requirements, only the fees for services performed to that time will be billed based on our Standard Schedule of Charges.
