The offset pumping unit .is installed in a concrete pit adjacent to <br /> a swimming pool. The pit is not drained and not equipped with a <br /> sump pump and the flooding of pump .cover and seal takes place. <br /> There is severe corrosion at this place. - This situation is to be <br /> remedied in such a manner to eliminate water standing in pit. <br /> 2. Subsurface disposal system is 80 feet from well - Present-standards <br /> indicate this separatinn distance is to be 100' minimum. <br /> 3. Emergency provision fnr supply of water is not provided - Water <br /> supply to be dependable by provision for emergency situations. <br /> 4. Safe maximum production - capacity of water .in gallons per day <br /> not listed. <br /> 5. No records are kept of chemical analysis of water - Complete up- <br /> to-date records to be kept by shooing ragults of chemical analysis <br /> of water. <br /> 6. No up-to-date maps of utility system - Engineering drawings of all <br /> facilities showing detail piping, pumps, motors, etc. , to be kept. <br />
