San Joa uin Street <br /> Stockton, Ca 9 201 ENVIIEONi ENTALHESLTH <br /> RE : Correctio of Violation <br /> The following nformation is based on an environmental inspection <br /> conducted by E eanor Ratliff, RENS, Public Health Services-Environ- <br /> mental Health ivision on June 2, 1993 . <br /> Violation #1 : The drum of floor sweepings was taken from the <br /> Satellite Accumulation Station to the Waste Storage <br /> Area and relabeled with a new 90 day accumulation <br /> start date (6-2-93) . <br /> Violation #2 : The drum of floor sweepings has been properly labeled <br /> and all of the items on the schedule of corrections <br /> for violation #2 have been addressed. ( 6-2-93) . <br /> Violation #3 : The drum of floor sweepings located in the Grinding <br /> Department has been equipped with a lid and locking <br /> ring. The Locking ring has been equipped with a Pad- <br /> lock to insure the integrity of the drum. ( 6-2-93) <br /> Violation #4 : Employee Training records have been updated to include <br /> the job title of each position at the facility <br /> relating to Hazardous Waste Management and the name of <br /> the employee filling that position. ( 6-13-93 ) . <br /> Violation #5 : Employees whose work, entails Hazardous Waste <br /> Management have been trained in handling Hazardous <br /> Waste and Hazardous Spill Cleanup. <br /> Classroom type Hazardous Materials/Wastes Handling <br /> and practical On-The-Job Training for Hazardous <br /> Materials/Waste Handling was performed on July 14, <br /> 1993, and July 15, 1993 . <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
