EL DORAD STREET <br /> STOCKTON, CA 9 206 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On June 3, 1992, P!blic Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br /> conducted an inspection at Stockton Plating, Inc. located at 632 S. El Dorado Street in <br /> Stockton, California. <br /> As a result of that i spection, several violations of the hazardous waste regulations were <br /> identified. Specific solations and required corrective actions are listed below. Failure to <br /> correct these violatio s within the schedule period provided will result in further action. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 25189 5 (d), Division 20, California Health and Safety Code: Hazardous <br /> waste (tank a d liner) was being treated on site without an appropriate permit issued <br /> by the Depart ent of Toxic Substances Control. <br /> 2. Section 6626 34 (e)(1)(A), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: azardous waste is accumulated in a 55 gallon drum not at the point <br /> of generation and not under the direct control of the operator of the process <br /> generating the waste. <br /> 3. Section 662621,34 (e)(1)(C), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: Hazardous waste containers used at point of waste generation were not <br /> properly labeled. <br /> 4. Section 66262134 (e)(1)(D), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: Hazardous waste containers used at points of waste generation were <br /> 1 <br /> A Division of ran Joaquin Counry Health Clare Services <br />
