i <br /> Violation #5: Within 10 days of receiving this report, all hazardous waste storage <br /> areas shall have adequate decontamination equipment. <br /> Violations <br /> #6 and #7: 'Within 10 days of receiving this report, sandblast and grinding waste <br /> hall be submitted to a California state certified laboratory for analysis <br /> and characterization. <br /> When all violations hve been corrected, please send written certification to this office at the <br /> letterhead address.
