Therefore, Stockton Plating can treat this waste stream under <br /> Management Memo 89-8 (dated 9/91) until such time as it is formerly added to <br /> Permit By Rule. At this time there are no special permits required for this <br /> treatment. <br /> Regarding the tanK lining: Stockton Plating moved a tank from their Sacramento <br /> facility to the Stockton facility 3 to 4 years ago. They have decontaminated the <br /> ` 0. . lining of this tank and sent a representative sample to the lab for testing. If the <br /> tests come back clean, Stockton Plating will dispose of the lining and tank in a <br /> local landfill. If the tests show contamination, Stockton Plating will either send <br /> the lining to a metals reclaimer or dispose of the lining in an appropriate class 1 <br /> landfill.
