E1 Dorado Street D nu <br /> Stockton, CA. 95206 <br /> W <br /> Dear Mr. Huntley <br /> RE: REPORT OFVIOLATIONAND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On March 28 , 1990 San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) conducted an inspection at <br /> the Stockton Pl ting facility located at 632 S. El Dorado Street in <br /> Stockton. <br /> As a result of that inspection a violation of the hazardous waste <br /> regulations wa identified. The specific violation and corrective <br /> action is list d below. Failure to correct this violation within <br /> the schedule provided will result in PHS- Citing you for <br /> continuing/additional violations. <br /> I . REPORT OF 'VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Title 22 , California Administrative Code, Section <br /> 67105 (c) , 67105 (d) . At the time of inspection personnel were <br /> not completing annual reviews of the initial training received <br /> for hazardous waste storage, handling and emergency <br /> procedures . <br /> II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violation # 1: Within 15 days of receiving this report, establish <br /> a training schedule which will allow all personnel to review their <br /> initial training in hazardous waste storage, handling and emergency <br /> procedures. Maintain all personnel training records on site until <br /> closure of the facility. <br /> When all violations have been corrected, please send written <br /> certification to this office at the letterhead address. The <br /> certification shall contain the sample certification statement <br /> indicated in attachment <br /> This department will conduct a reinspection to verify compliance. <br /> The issuance f this Report of Violations and Schedule of <br /> Corrections does not preclude Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Health Division from taking any administrative, civil or criminal <br />
