A cellular phone and the telephone number of a local physician shall be <br /> provided at the Site. The physician shall be notified prior to the clean up that his/her <br /> number will be called in the event of any injury occurring during the cleanup. -(l <br /> C. Decontamination. f f�t�a� <br /> 1. All coveralls and gloves shall be discarded as directed by the Supervisor in <br /> the event of contamination or damage to said equipment. <br /> 2. All contaminated clothing shall be disposed of or laundered as per the <br /> direction of the Supervisor. Brass tools shall be maintained on the Site for use in opening any( taines <br /> that may contain flammable liquids or vapors. <br /> 5.
