(AGE) has prepared this work plan addendum for the advancement of five <br /> soil probings at the MCDONALD Island Dump Site located on MCDONALD Island. <br /> A work plan for the installation of three ground water monitoring wells, dated 14 March 1995, was <br /> si+lamitted to the Sart Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division(PHS- <br /> EHD)by Geological Audit Services, Inc. The work plan provides a briefly describes the background <br /> of the project and preVirzrrs ATA performed at the site. <br /> REVISED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> On 6 September 1995, a meeting to discuss the proposed scope of work at: the site was attended by <br /> represent citives of the PISS-Elly, Zuckerman-Mandeville, Inc. and AGE. During the meeting, a <br /> revised scope of work for the site was agreed upon. <br /> Five push points will be advanced at the site: one penetration will be placed in the vicinity of stake <br /> 6; one penetration will be placed in the vicinity of stakes 14 and 15; one penetration will be placed <br /> hi the area of stake 30;one penetration will be placed in the area of stakes 31 and 32; one penetration <br /> will be placed in the vicinity ofstakes 50 - 53. The locations of each proposed probing is illustrated <br /> on Figure 2. <br /> Each penetration will be advanced to a depth of approximately 10 feet.
