Section D
Laboratory Analysis
INDEX TO REPORTS
Two composite samples collected from soil in soil containment area "B1
January 11, 1994. Samples were analyzed by the following methods.
8240 GCMS Volatile Organics
8080 PCB's
8080 Organochlorine Pesticides
418.1 Total Recoverable Petroleum Hydrocarbons
6010 Five Metals (Cadmium, Chromium, Nickel, Lead and Zinc)
E2: Analysis of unknown liquid in two five gallon containers found at N250 in trench.
Samples were analyzed by the following methods:
8270 Semi-Volatile Organics
Reactivity, Corrosivity and Ignitability
After drums and debris were transferred from containment area "A1" to
containment area "A2", samples were collected from the soil beneath
containment area "A1" at a depth of six inches. Samples were analyzed by the
following methods:
418.1 Total Recoverable Petroleum Hydrocarbons
3 Reactivity, Crosivity andIgnitability
E4. After moving soil and plastic liners from containment area "B1" to containment
area "132", samples were collected from the soil beneath containment area "61"
at a depth of six inches. Samples were analyzed by the following methods:
Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons, Multirange (gas, diesel, and motor oil)
Reactivity, Corrosivity and Ignitability
E5: Samples were collected of soil that was contaminated with what appeared to be
