This has clear access as well and was <br /> the closest we could get water to the unit. <br /> Item 24: 66262.23(a) (CCR) Manifest not properly completed, signed or dated. <br /> On manifest #92861210, I have received and filed a copy of the signed off TSDF form <br /> from Bob Bennett at Corporate environmental in Modesto. On manifest # 95261026, <br /> Bob Bennet informed me on 12/18/95 that the manifest was directed to the wrong plant <br /> and actually belonged to Plant 1, which would explain the EPA no. <br /> Item 28: 66262.412(a) Failed to determine status of hazardous waste when manifest copy <br /> not received. <br /> The two manifes s have been resolved with signatures and incorrect EPA no. I have spoke <br /> to Bob Bennett about obtaining these forms in a more timely and efficient manner.
