Eight Mile Road <br /> Rural Route 2 <br /> Stockton, CA 95212 <br /> RE: REPORT 01 VIOLATIONS AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS <br /> On April 29 , Pay 28 , and July 21, 1993 San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services - Environmental Health Division, (PHS-EHD) , <br /> conducted an inspection of Tri-Valley Growers #4 , (TVG) , <br /> including Valley Forklift Company, (VFC) , both located at 3200 E. <br /> Eight Mile Road, Stockton, California. <br /> As a result o those inspections, violations of the hazardous <br /> waste regulations were identified. Specific violations and <br /> required corrective action are listed below. Failure to correct <br /> the identified violations within the scheduled time period will <br /> result in PHS EHD citing you for continuing/additional <br /> violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS <br /> 1. Title 22 , California Code of Regulations, Division 4 . 5 , <br /> Section 66262 . 34 (f) (1) <br /> In the "evaporation area" of TVG, four drums holding <br /> hazardous waste all contained in a secondary <br /> containment unit lacked accumulation dates. In the <br /> hazardous waste storage area of TVG, another secondary <br /> containment unit holding four drums of hazardous waste <br /> lacked accumulation dates. <br /> 2 .
