II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS <br /> Violation #1, 2&3 : <br /> Effective immediately, all drums containing hazardous waste <br /> shall be labeled with the following information: <br /> (a) The accumulation start date. <br /> (b) The words "Hazardous Waste" . <br /> (c) Composition and physical state of the waste. <br /> (d) Statement or statements which will call attention <br /> to the particular hazardous properties of the <br /> waste. <br /> (e) Name and address of the person producing the <br /> waste. <br /> Violation 4 - <br /> Effective immediately, all returned copies of the hazardous <br /> waste manifest signed by the treatment, storage, or disposal <br /> facility shall be maintained on site available for review. <br /> Violation 5• <br /> If no signed copy of manifest is received, the generator <br /> shall submit an exception report to DTSC according to <br /> referenced code section. <br /> Violation-#6: <br /> Effective immediately, employee training records shall be in <br /> compliance with referenced code section. <br /> Violatio 7• <br /> Effectiv immediately, facility contingency plans shall be <br /> in compliance with referenced code section. <br /> Violation #8 : <br /> Effective immediately, all used oil filters shall be handled <br /> in accorlance with referenced code section, and not stored <br /> on site for greater than one year. <br /> Violation #9- <br /> Effective immediately, all Land Disposal Restriction (LDR) <br /> notifications shall be kept with accompanying manifest. <br /> 3 <br />
