Kleen waste and waste oil were generated in 1991, and in <br /> 1992 waste oil, sludge and solvent were manifested. <br /> This concluded our inspection, and Mr. Trevena and I left <br /> the site at 11: 30 a.m. <br /> IX. ADDENDUM: <br /> Julv 12 993 <br /> I spoke with Mr. Wong on the telephone to clarify the <br /> relationship of VFC to TVG. Mr. Wong indicated that VFC <br /> utilized the same EPA ID Number and physical address as TVG. <br /> I informed Mr. Wong that because of this, all hazardous <br /> waste generated at VFC, excluding waste oil, would be <br /> considered part of TVG's tonnage, and as such would also <br /> require an inspection of the facility. <br /> 8 <br />
