Weber Avenue, 3rd Floor
Stockton, CA 952(2
Vidal and Lutetia,
I am writing in response to your inspection of Tri Valley Growers Plant#4 on June 14,
2000. The following details our actions for the items listed in your report of our facility:
Item 20: 662 2.34 (CCR)Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste.
We ave corrected the dates on the labels for drums used to store
hazardous materials. All dates were changed from a start date in the
mo th of June to the start date in the month of May when materials were
first collected.
We have also taken drums in this storage area where labels are becoming
wea hered and difficult to read, and applied new labels on them. This
should avoid the potential for loosing the identity of any materials.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (209) 931-8054.
Sinc erely,
Bill Mortola
Tri alley Growers, Plant#4
(20 9) 931-8054
