INSPECTION DONE ON NOVEMBER 26, 1991 . <br /> We have been working on correcting all violations stated on the <br /> report we received dated June 15, 1992. <br /> In response to Violation # 1 , we have updated our training records <br /> along with job descriptions on the mechanics handling hazardous <br /> materials as well as all training done in the plant . We have been <br /> and still are in the process of reworking our training files but <br /> pertinent information is in our training folder . <br /> In response to Violation #2, we have contacted Safety Kleen , our <br /> parts washer supplier, and have requested all LDR' s for manifests <br /> which were not present in the folder during the inspection . We <br /> have not received all of them yet but have maintained contact with <br /> Safety Kleen to obtain them ASAP. <br /> In response to Violation #3, we have labeled all hazardous waste <br /> material , specifically the waste oil drums with proper stickers and <br /> have filled them out accordingly and will maintain this. <br /> In response to Violation #4, we are handling our oil filters <br /> according to t e guidelines given to us by your department. We are <br /> draining them and labeling the drum accordingly . <br /> In response to Violation #5, we are in the process of obtaining <br /> any Generator opies, LDR' s , and TSDF copies of manifests which <br /> were not present during our internal review of the manifests. We <br /> have copies of all the manifests from 1992, 1991 and half of 1990, <br /> based on the records which were in the plant when I took over as <br /> the environmental coordinator . We have no manifests from 1989 and <br /> the first half of 1990 for the plant. I will have to begin <br /> searching for them through our company environmental department or <br /> Safety Kleen if you are referencing these time periods for the <br /> "past three y ars. " During these times all environmental was <br /> handled by our corporate environmental group including manifests <br /> and having cop es on site was not mandated as far as I know for <br /> this time period . As a result these records have stored with them <br /> presumably in odesto. <br /> P.O.
