MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> TRI VALLEY GROWERS,PLANT NO. 4 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The discharge shall implement the above monitoring program no later than 15 August <br /> 1979. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th- day <br /> of the following month. <br /> If the discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more fre- <br /> quently than is requi ed by this order, he shall include the results of such monitor- <br /> ing in the calculatio and reporting of the values required in the Discharge Monitoring <br /> Report Form.
