WASTE DISCHARGE REQ IREMENTS <br /> TRI VALLEY GROWERS ILANT NO. 4 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 3. The discharger shall comply with all items of the attached "Standard <br /> Provisions and Reporting Requirements" dated 21 May 1979. <br /> 4. The discharger shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. as ordered by the Executive Officer. <br /> 5. This Ordei expires on 1 July 1984 and the Tri Valley Growers, Plant No. 4 <br /> must file a Report of Waste Discharge in accordance with Title 23, Calif- <br /> ornia Administrative Code, not later than 180 days in advance of such <br /> date as a plication for issuance of new waste discharge requirements. <br /> 6. In the eVEnt of any change in control or ownership of land or waste dis- <br /> charge facilities presently owned or controlled by the discharger, the <br /> discharge shall notify the succeeding owner or operator of the existence <br /> of this 0 der by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded to this office. <br /> I, JAMS A.
