If you have any questions, please feel free to <br /> call me at (209) 931-8072. <br /> Item 16: 66265.31 (CCR) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill <br /> control or dcontamination equipment. <br /> We had an eye wash in the maintenance shop near the hazardous material storage <br /> area. e had a unit there and it was apparently moved to the supply room area <br /> where o ix chemicals and lubricants are stored when the permanent eye wash was <br /> remove during equipment removal prior to the 1997 season. A new portable unit <br /> has bee ordered and will be located in the maintenance shop area. <br /> Item 20: 66265. (CCR) Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste. <br /> The 55 gallon drum used for storage of polypropyler#filters had just started being <br /> filled and had 3 filters in it. The fill start date was inserted into the proper slot as <br /> 10/28/97. <br /> The for lift shop drums of oil and absorbent have had new labels with the fill start <br /> date inserted into the proper slots as 10/1/97. <br /> Item 21: 66265...73(a) Failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except when <br /> adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> The dru n of used oil has been covered with a lid and the lift shop mechanic has <br /> been ins ructed to keep the lid and bung caps on containers when not using. <br />
