If you have any questions, please feel free to <br /> call me at (209) 931 072. <br /> Item 3: 2524 .21© (HSC) Failed to retain current (SB 14) review and plan. <br /> We ha e reviewed the codes and at present are reviewing the waste streams in the <br /> plant. Bob Bennett is sending me a form which when completed will help us <br /> identi source generation points and we will determine if our operations will allow <br /> us to r duce the amount of waste generated. Our intent will be to reduce the waste <br /> stream to under the 12,000 kilogram level and lower if possible. I will keep you <br /> posted n the progress on this program at the plant. <br /> Item 15: 66265 320 (CCR) Spill control equipment, and/or decontamination equipment <br /> not pr ded. <br /> Eye wa li stations were purchased on 12/13/96 and will be installed at forklift <br /> shop, o tside Q.C. lab and in maintenance shop after they are received. We have <br /> just ass =bled thein and we will be locating them before the end of January 1997. <br /> Item 20: 66262 34 Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste. <br /> The gl s bottle containing the waste material in the main Q.C. has been emptied <br /> into th labeled druin outside the lab and the bottle has been labeled with a <br /> hazardous material label.
