The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for Victory Auto Sales as of April30 , 2020 . Open violations from March 13 , 2019 inspection Violation #2 - Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan . The facility' s business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . As of January 1 , 2013 , all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, enter the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan . A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented . A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids , 500 pounds for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas , at standard temperature and pressure .
