The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Victory Auto Sales as of April30 , 2020 . <br /> Open violations from March 13 , 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #2 - Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan . <br /> The facility' s business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> ( CERS ) . As of January 1 , 2013 , all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. <br /> Immediately log into the CERS at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, enter the correct or updated information , and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan . <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented . A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for <br /> materials that are liquids , 500 pounds for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas , at standard temperature and <br /> pressure . Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at http : //cers , calepa . ca , gov/, <br /> enter the required information , and submit for review by the EHD . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date ) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to complete and /or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site . <br /> One approximately 500 gallon waste oil tank (actual size was not available) and one 55 gallon drum of waste <br /> antifreeze were found on site that have not been reported . Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable <br /> quantity shall be reported in the facility' s business plan . Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS ) at http : //cers. calepa . ca . gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation ,- <br /> Page <br /> iolation :Page 1 of 4 <br />
