The revised fees went into effect on August 1, <br />2001, and are listed elow: <br />Less than 5 tons/year <br />$200 <br />Waste Oil only <br />$50 <br />Silver Waste only <br />$50 <br />5 to < 24 tons/year <br />$1,568 <br />25 to < 49 tonslyear <br />$1,792 <br />50 to < 249 tonslyear <br />$2,016 <br />250 to < 499 tonslyear <br />$2,128 <br />500 to < 999 tonslyear <br />$3,024 <br />1,000 to < 1,999 tons/year <br />$3,360 <br />2,000 or more tons/year <br />$4,480 <br />3rdous Waste Treatment and/or Storage Facility <br />Permit by Rule (PBR) Tier Permit <br />$717 <br />Conditional Authorization (CA) Tier Permit <br />$717 <br />Conditional Exemption (CE) Tier Permit <br />$112 <br />r.,.- "—Av Ratr r'hnrues <br />$89 /hr <br />In addition, the United Program facility service fee and the Underground Storage Tank surcharge <br />fee collected for the State of California were increased to $17.50 and $10.00 per year, respectively, <br />effective July 1, 2001. <br />The enclosed billiQ statement reflects these changes.
