General: The Feather River Canyon, for purposes of this emergency response <br />plan, is located on the eastern most end of the Canyon Subdivision and begins <br />on th east end at Portola, CA (MP 321.4) and continues westward to Oroville, <br />CA (MP 203.7). Also included is the southernmost end of the Bieber <br />Subd vision from Keddie, CA (MP 0.00 to Almanor (MP 25.7). <br />4 <br />
