The MCTS/SAHM. <br />Provide expert technical advice concerning the hazardous materials <br />involved in the incident to the Executive Officers and Department <br />Heads. <br />Proceed to the scene of the accident with other members of the "go <br />team" by Company aircraft or other means. <br />Assist the MCTS/SAHM in the performance of their duties. <br />Render final written reports concerning hazardous materials releases to <br />federal and state agencies. <br />Immediately report to UPRR'S off-site command post at the HDC. <br />Ensure that required notifications have been made to: <br />a. The National Response Center. <br />b. The designated State agencies. <br />Provide expert advice concerning the environmental risk from hazardous <br />materials involved in the incident to the Executive Officers and <br />Department Heads. <br />Proceed to the scene of the accident with other members of the "go <br />team" by Company aircraft or other means. <br />Report to the Company command post. <br />Act as liaison for the Superintendent with representatives from federal <br />and state environmental agencies and environmental managers employed <br />by shippers. <br />Arrange for sampling and analysis of soil and water samples. <br />18 <br />
