The Railroad's <br />scheduling and perations will make the completion dates outlined <br />in your letter and to accomplish. Therefore, as a <br />representative f the Union Pacific Railroad I would like to <br />request an 120 Jay extension/September 3, 1994, to complete the <br />aforementioned items.
